AI Transparency Statement
1. Purpose
Anodea uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools in certain parts of this website. This statement explains where and how, transparently, in accordance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act), whose obligations apply from 2 August 2026.
2. Where we use AI
The film. The audiovisual material on this site — image, motion and sound — was created using artificial intelligence tools. It is artistic, non-realistic material: it does not depict real people, events or places, and is not intended to be taken as an authentic recording.
Text and images. Some text and images may have been created or assisted by AI tools. Such content is subject to human review and editing before publication.
The site does not use AI for automated decision-making, for evaluating individuals, or for processing the data you give us when subscribing to the newsletter.
3. Marking of AI content
We mark content as AI-generated where the law requires it, in particular synthetic material (image, audio, video) that could be taken for authentic. We preserve the machine-readable markings and metadata embedded by the generating tools and do not strip them.
For content that has undergone human editorial review and for which we take responsibility, the law does not impose the same marking obligation.
4. Human oversight
A human remains the decision-maker. AI supports our work; it does not replace human judgement, responsibility or care.
5. Accuracy
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. We make reasonable efforts to check it, but do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of every element. AI-generated content may also reflect limitations or biases in its training data.
6. Chatbot
The site currently has no chatbot or other interactive AI system. If one is added, you will be clearly informed that you are interacting with an artificial intelligence system (AI Act art. 50(1)) and this statement will be updated.
7. Contact
For questions about our use of AI, or to request an explanation from a human: [email protected].
