1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are used to make the site work, to remember your choices, or to collect statistics and marketing data. Similar technologies (e.g. pixels, local storage) are covered equally by this policy.
2. How we ask for your consent
When you visit the site, a cookie banner appears. Necessary cookies always operate. All non-necessary cookies (statistics, marketing) are enabled only if you consent, per category.

The consent requirement for non-necessary cookies is based on article 4(5) of Greek law 3471/2006 and on Recommendation 1/2020 of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
3. Categories of cookies we use
a) Necessary (no consent required). Essential for basic operation and security — for example, storing your cookie choice itself.
b) Statistics (consent required). Google Analytics, so we can understand how the site is used.
c) Marketing (consent required). Set by this site itself (first-party), by our own newsletter system, to connect interest in the site with your newsletter subscription. No third-party provider is involved.
The site uses no third-party embedded video or maps. The film, audio and images are served from our own server and set no third-party cookies.

5. Third-party cookies and international transfers
Statistics cookies are set by Google, which may process data outside the EEA. In those cases appropriate safeguards apply (Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). See also the Privacy Policy.
Marketing cookies are set by this site itself and served by a system running on our own server within the EU. They involve no transfer to a third country and no third-party provider.
6. Managing cookies
You can change your choices at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. If you withdraw consent, we delete the relevant cookies that have already been set.
You can also delete or block cookies from your browser settings. Refusing non-necessary cookies does not affect how the site works.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy. The version in force carries the last-updated date at the top. If a new cookie or provider is added, your consent will be requested again.
