1. Introduction and acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your use of the website anodea.gr. By accessing and using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Provider details

3. Nature of the site

The site presents Anodea through a short audiovisual work and offers the option to subscribe to a newsletter. Its content is of a general informational and artistic nature and does not constitute professional, legal, financial or investment advice.

The site does not process purchases, has no user accounts and offers no services for engagement. Any future services will be engaged under a separate written agreement or through a separate platform with its own terms.

4. Acceptable use

You undertake not to use the site for any unlawful purpose and not to attempt unauthorised access to, or interference with, its operation and security. In particular, the following are prohibited:

• reproducing or republishing its content without permission,
• automated collection or extraction of data and content (scraping) by any means,
• using the site’s content to train or develop artificial intelligence systems.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the site (film, audio, text, graphics, images, logo, design, structure) belongs to Kostas Ordoumpozanis or is used under licence, and is protected by copyright law (Greek law 2121/1993). Copying, reproduction, modification or distribution without prior written permission is prohibited.

Third-party logos, trade marks or other distinctive signs that may appear on the site belong to their respective holders. They appear only for identification or informational purposes, with due permission where required, and imply no partnership or endorsement unless expressly stated.

7. AI-generated content

The audiovisual work on this site was created using artificial intelligence tools, as was part of the other content. Such content is subject to human review and is marked where required, in accordance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. See the AI Transparency Statement.

The site may contain links to third-party websites. Anodea does not control and is not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". Reasonable efforts are made regarding the accuracy and availability of the content, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed, nor is the completeness or currency of every piece of information. To the fullest extent permitted by Greek law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. This clause does not limit liability that may not lawfully be excluded, in particular for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

11. Amendments

We may amend these terms. The version posted at any given time applies, bearing the update date at the top.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Alexandroupolis shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Severability

If any term is held invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms is unaffected and they remain in full force.
